Vintage Glazed Pancheon, Dough, Dairy, Proving Bowl

Vintage / antique stoneware bread proving , dough pot.

In treacle glazed stoneware this I believe is a Pancheon which was used to prove dough for breadmaking.

Could also be used for other baking and dairy, as well as a decorative addition to your vintage home or farmhouse kitchen.

Measuring 13cm deep and approximately 22cm wide it is in good vintage condition, an ideal useable and very practical addition to a cottage kitchen.

As with all vintage pieces, they come preloved but in usuable condition.
